35. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory by Roald Dahl
36. Uglies by Scott Westerfeld (I read the first one but not the rest-I am hoping to though)
37. Matched by Allie Condie (I only read the first one, it was okay-some people like it more than others. I have heard the other two are not very good
38. Charlotte's Web by E.B. White
39. Matilda by Roald Dahl
40. Little House on the Prarie by Laura Ingalls Wilder (technically Little House in the Big Woods is the first, but Little House on the Prarie is what most people call the series)
41. James and the Giant Peach by Roald Dahl
42. About Average by Andrew Clements
43. The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis (I read the first two, which are The Magician's Nephew and The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and I started on the third, but it wasn't as good)
44. Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll
45. The Secret Garden by Frances Hodgsen Burnett
46. Confetti Girl by Diana Lopez
47. The Kane Chronicles by Rick Riordan (I thought the first one was good, but I kind of got bored after starting the second)

There you go... 47 (actually, more, because more than one number encased several books) amazing books that I have read, and think you should read. Reading all these should take you awhile! Which books have you read, and what other books do you recommend?
